Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: R100 (7–10 business days)
Express Shipping: R150 (3–5 business days)
Free shipping on orders over R700.

How long until I receive my order?

Orders process within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Track your order via email updates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, tagged, and in original packaging. Final sale items (e.g., limited drops) can’t be returned.

How do I return an item?

1. Email support@routesafrica.co.za with your order number.
2. We’ll send a return label and instructions.
3. Once approved, refunds process within 5 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are free for size swaps (subject to availability). Start the process and refer to our return’s policy

How do I care for my ROUTES garment?

Hand-wash or cold machine wash inside-out. Air dry. Avoid bleach. Treat your culture with respect.
